At Enigma Sports EG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, so we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds
You can request a full refund for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 72 hours of receiving your order. Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging attached. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may be subject to different return conditions.

Non-Refundable Items
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Items without original tags or packaging may not be accepted for return. Special requests (customized prints or badges) are not refundable.

How to Request a Refund
Initiate a return request by contacting our Customer Service Team within the return window. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your items. Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
